Absolutely. We conduct a thorough nationwide background check on all applicants as the final step in our pre-screening process. Only about 10% of the applying candidates become certified Cleaning Charm cleaners.

Rest assured, we’ve taken multiple steps to keep your information safe. Our booking page is protected by extended validation SSL and our booking form is highly secured with 256-bit encryption. Credit card transactions are handled through Stripe, which is  also layered in their own strong encryption. Plus, we never store your credit card number, just a secure token for processing payments. Your security is top priority.

Yes, we provide all cleaning supplies, products and equipment, unless there is a specific request for a certain service.

We price based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms in the home. Select the number and the price is shown instantly on the website.

Standard cleaning takes into account everything that involves cleaning a home or apartment. Cleaning/vacuuming floors, cleaning bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dusting, etc. We do offer extra services like cleaning inside the fridge and inside the oven, and those can be selected on the booking form when you select service.

Our professional home cleaners service the city of Boston including: Downtown Boston, Back Bay, the North, South and West End, Beacon Hill, Fenway/Kenmore, Allston/Brighton, Jamaica Plain, Roxbury, Dorchester, South Boston, East Boston, Charlestown, Cambridge, Somerville, Brookline, Newton, Quincy, Medford and Malden.
